About the Owner

Hi, I’m Tiffany — the founder of Fern’s.

I’m a parent, a child and youth worker, and someone who deeply understands how overwhelming and invisible the early days of parenting can feel.

After navigating my own postpartum mental health journey, I found myself dreaming of a space I desperately needed — somewhere I could go with my baby that wasn’t clinical or chaotic. A cozy spot where I could sit down, breathe, maybe drink a coffee while it’s still hot, and feel seen.

Not just fixed. But also… seen.

Fern’s is that dream — rooted in community, shaped by lived experience, and grounded in the belief that no parent should have to suffer alone while searching for help.

My middle name is Fern. It’s a family name, and now it’s become something much bigger: a quiet symbol of strength, growth, and starting again.

Fern’s Mission

At Fern’s, our mission is to create cozy, judgment-free spaces where parents and caregivers can feel grounded, connected, and supported.

Through pop-up cafés and — soon — a permanent space, we bring together community, comfort, and access to trusted mental health resources in a way that feels natural, not clinical.

We believe that no one should have to wade through the internet in crisis to find help. That small, intentional spaces can hold big healing. That conversations over coffee can change lives.
